WE HANDLE THE DELIVER, SET UP & PICK UP EQUIPMENT

· SET UP/TAKE DOWN/DELIVERY -SET UP/ TAKE DOWN are included in your package price. Renter is responsiblefor clearing all areas needed for equipment BEFORE THE INSTALLATION ( party fiesta ny llc won’t move any furniture or anything similar for safety reasons)

· Renter ( OR RESPONSIBLE ADULT 18 YEARS OR OLDER ) must be present at the time of delivery.

· MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH SPACE FOR THE EQUIPMENT ! ( WIDTH, LENGTH AND HEIGHT) . CLIENT IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE TO MEASURE SPACE to confirm it is big enough for rented equipment. After this contract is signed, if something needs to be taken off from the package (BECAUSE OF SPACE OR ANY OTHER REASON) , price will keep the same as the one stated on the receipt/invoice of this document -no discounts/ price reduction would be available.

· PLEASE MAKE SURE DOOR IS WIDE ENOUGH (AT LEAST 4 FT) IF YOU ARE RENTING SPINNER OR CAROUSEL/ MECHANICAL RIDERS

· Client is fully responsible to inform PARTY FIESTA NY LLC the exact desired area where equipment should be installed ( if event is in hall, a floor plan/map should be emailed to partyfiestaeventsny@gmail.com)

· THE RESERVATION is Subject to a delivery fee ( exact fee depends of location , distance, tolls)

· FOR OUTDOOR SET UPS : DUE TO SAFETY REASONS, PARTY FIESTA NY LLC HIGHLY RECOMMENDS A SHADED AREA TO INSTALL EQUIPMENT AND TO PREVENT IT FROM GETTING TOO HOT DUE TO EXTREME TEMPERATURES. CUSTOMER IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE TO CHOOSE THE BEST SPOT OF THE LOCATION TO KEEP KIDS SAFE DURING EVENT
